Welcome to Luxe Cashout, Reluxe Vault’s program for buying pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories. By submitting an item for consideration, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of any item submitted. Items must be authentic and owned free of any liens or claims.

2. Submission & Offer Process

After you submit your item details through our Luxe Cashout form, we will review and provide a preliminary offer within 1–3 business days. Offers are based on brand, condition, current resale value, and our internal curation criteria.

3. Shipping & Inspection

If you accept our initial offer:

• Ship the item to us with signature confirmation, or schedule an in-person appointment if you are in the Albany, Schenectady, or Saratoga Springs, New York area.
• Your item must be shipped within 5 business days of accepting the offer.
• Upon receipt, your item will be authenticated and assessed for condition.

If the item matches the description and condition submitted, the original offer will be honored. If discrepancies are found, a revised offer may be issued.

4. Declining a Revised Offer

If you choose to decline a revised offer:

• The item will be returned to you.
• A $75 fee will be charged to cover return shipping, authentication, and handling.
• Payment for this fee must be received before the item is shipped back.

5. Counterfeits & Inauthentic Items

We do not purchase counterfeit items under any circumstances. Any item deemed inauthentic will be rejected. Reluxe Vault reserves the right to confiscate or report counterfeit items as required by law.

6. Payment

Payments are issued via Venmo, PayPal, or store credit (“Luxe Bucks”). Store credit redemptions receive a 5% bonus on the agreed payout amount.

Payment is processed within 1–3 business days after final acceptance and inspection. All sales are final once payment is issued.

7. Right to Refuse

Reluxe Vault reserves the right to decline any item at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reluxe Vault is not liable for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, or loss or damage caused by third-party services prior to receipt. Once the item is received and authenticated by Reluxe Vault, liability transfers to us until the transaction is finalized.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in Luxe Cashout after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
