How do I submit my item?
Click the "Start Your Luxe Cashout Submission" link above and fill out the quick form with your bag’s details and photos. We’ll review and respond within 1–3 business days.
What happens after I get an offer?
If you accept the offer, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm everything matches and process your payment.
How will I get paid?
We offer payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or store credit. Choose store credit and you’ll receive a 5% bonus in Luxe Bucks — perfect if you’ve got your eye on something new in the Vault.
How long does payment take?
Once we receive and inspect your item, payment is sent within 1–3 business days.
What if my item is in worse condition than I thought?
No worries — we’ll always be transparent. If the item doesn’t match your description, we’ll send you a revised offer. If you decline it, your item will be returned at your expense, plus a $75 fee to cover authentication and initial shipping.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind after your item has been inspected, and decline the final offer, the same return fee of $75 applies. Once you accept an offer and are paid, the sale is final.
Do you buy counterfeit or replica items?
No. All items must be 100% authentic. If an item is found to be counterfeit, it will be rejected and may be reported. Please only submit items you know are genuine.
What if I’m not sure about my item’s value?
That’s what we’re here for! Submit your bag and we’ll give you a fair, data-backed quote — no pressure to accept.
