How It Works
- Submit Your Item — Fill out the short form with your item details and photos.
- Receive a Quote — We’ll get back to you within 48 business hours with a fair market-based offer.
- Ship It or Schedule Drop-Off — Ship your item (signature recommended) or book an appointment if you're in Albany, Schenectady, or Saratoga Springs.
- Get Paid — Once inspected, payment is sent via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or store credit (with a bonus).

How do I submit my item?
Use the “Start Your Luxe Cashout Submission” link above to send details and photos. We respond within 1–3 business days.
What happens after I get an offer?
If you accept, ship your item (signature recommended) or schedule a drop-off. Once inspected, payment is processed.
How will I get paid?
Payments are available via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or store credit, which earns a 5% bonus.
How long does payment take?
Payments are typically sent within 1–3 business days after inspection.
What if my item is in worse condition than I thought?
If the item doesn’t match the submission, we'll send a revised offer. If declined, return shipping plus a $75 authentication fee applies.
What if I change my mind?
If you decline the final offer after inspection, the same $75 return fee applies. All sales are final once paid.
Do you buy counterfeit items?
No. Any counterfeit items will be rejected and may be reported. Please only submit items you know are authentic.
What if I'm unsure about my item’s value?
No problem — submit it and we’ll provide a fair, data-backed quote with no pressure to accept.
