Pre-order items are ready to be purchased and shipped to us from our overseas partners in Japan. Pre-order items may take up to 30 days to be delivered to us. Once an item is delivered, it will be evaluated on its condition to ensure it matches the current listing. Any issues will be communicated to you, which may allow for a discount or the ability to cancel the pre-order if the item does not match the expected listing conditions.
