👜 How do Pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are ready to be purchased and shipped to us from our overseas partners in Japan. Pre-order items may take up to 30 days to be delivered to us. Once an item is delivered it will first be evaluated on it condition to ensure it matches the currently listing. Any issues will be surfaced to you, which may allow for a discount or the ability to cancel the pre-order if the item does not match the expected listing conditions.

💯 Are your bags authentic?

Yes — every item is verified for authenticity using trusted tools and expert evaluation. We stand by every piece we list.

🌍 Where do you source your inventory?

Each bag is hand-selected from trusted partners, collectors, and sellers — we only accept pieces we’d personally carry.

🔄 Do you accept returns?

We offer returns via Seel Return Assurance when purchased at checkout. Without Seel, purchases are final sale.

💌 Can I make an offer on a bag?

Yes! If you see a bag you love, you can submit an offer directly through the product page or message us.

💸 How do you determine pricing?

We don’t do fake discounts or inflated retail pricing. All items are priced based on real market value, condition, and demand.

✨ What’s the condition of each item?

We provide clear condition notes and photos for every bag. Many bags also receive cleaning or light restoration before being listed.

📦 Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the U.S. — but if you’re international, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what’s possible!
